We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Bistro Attendant. If you enjoy a role that allows you to build relationships and provide awesome customer service, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! $17.50/hr! Part-Time, Need Weekend Availability in AM and PM As a Bistro Server/Attendant, you will be instrumental in creating a friendly and inviting experience for Touchmark residents and guests.

Your duties will include such tasks as greeting residents by name, answering questions about the menu, taking orders, preparing orders using the many tools provided in our bistro, making and serving lattes and other beverages, and ensuring that the Bistro is clean, attractive, and operating smoothly. You will also support the resident dining room as a server, may also serve during special events, and catered functions that take place at our community. The ideal candidate will: • Be committed to and passionate about quality standards and customer service • Server and barista experience a plus • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with all residents, guests and team members • Possess a valid food handler’s card • Basic computer knowledge and experience • Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers • Have a genuine interest in working in a role that directly impacts the lives of seniors Benefits: Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
