Westaff is looking to hire an experienced Bookkeeper immediately for a company in Meriden, CT!!
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
Pay: Depending on Experience
The Bookkeeper responsibilities are:
- Set up new Vendor accounts, including collecting and maintaining vendor department as necessary, including A/R collections, entering and reconciling A/P invoices
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues prepare and generate monthly financial reports
- Prove Credit Card receipts to General Ledger and make journal entry to transfer funds Support procedures for online billing and customer billing portal access
- Engage in and facilitate exceptional team communication and collaboration to ensure that all customer and vendor needs, and company objectives are fulfilled.
The Bookkeeper requirements are:
- MUST have 5-10 years of experience with accounting processes, principles, and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Excellent written and Verbal Communication
