Bookmobile Driver
Job description
The Wayne County Public Library is seeking a full-time Bookmobile Driver for its mobile branch. The bookmobile driver operates the library's 30 to 35 foot bookmobile in a variety of weather conditions, following an assigned route of bookmobile stops. Along with other staff, the Bookmobile Driver assists patrons in the location of materials on the bookmobile, assists in sorting and shelving returned materials, and performs some office-based bookmobile related functions. Assures the vehicle is properly maintained and in good repair and conducts regular safety checks. Position requires a high school diploma, good customer services skills, and an Ohio Class B CDL.
