Position Summary

Bottling Line Technicians are responsible for the process of bottling products at Post Winery, Inc. This includes dumpling glass, casing and stacking glass. Additionally, this position maintains the work environment and sanitation consistent with SSOPs and GMPs. This position will also be called upon to assist in the vineyard, crush pad, cellar, and distribution as required.

Major Responsibilities

Work at designated station

• Glass dumping
• Casing
• Stacking
• Remove full pallets as required

Set up the bottling equipment under supervision of the Bottling Lead/Foreman

• Rinser
• Capper
• Corker
• Labeler

Maintain a sanitary working environment

• Clean and sanitize the bottling line
• Clean drains, floor and empty trash
• Keep warehouse tidy and organized

Comply with all OSHA, FDA and HACCP standards

Other Responsibilities

Cellar

• Cross train with Cellar Technician
• Assist with tank washing and transfers
• Assist with area maintenance as required

Vineyard

• Assist with harvest activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift 55lbs repeatedly
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet environments
• Flexible schedule as harvest requires
• Fork lift experience is preferred
• Must be and remain drug free
• Must be able to work with and as a team with a good attitude
• Must be legal to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
