BOX TRUCK DRIVER

Hiring Bonus After 180 Days of Acceptable Performance with Party Plus: $100 bonus 16' truck driver, $500 bonus 26' truck driver, $1,000 bonus 26' truck driver with tent installation experience.

Typical Work Week: 30 – 40+ hours

Typical Salary: $18-$22/HR. Commensurate with Experience

Box Driver Position Summary: The Box Truck Driver position is ideal for an energetic person who likes to work outside, has a good driving record, and is experienced in driving Box Trucks, Straight Trucks, and Cargo Vans.

The Box Truck Driver is responsible for safely driving our non-CDL company vehicles in the Greater Baltimore/Washington area, delivering and installing our products with a team of field personnel.

The Ideal Box Truck Driver Candidate Will Have:

• The ability to adapt to work well with changing priorities and quickly resolve any problem situations.
• Strong motivation with a positive attitude, who can work well with people at all levels.

Objectives & Goals of the Box Truck Driver:

• Ensure that all trucks are loaded & unloaded properly, including safely tying in the merchandise & tagging of the equipment.

• Assist in maintaining warehouse and trucks in a neat and orderly fashion with aisle ways kept free of merchandise and other items at all times.
• Properly supervise all helpers assigned to ensure compliance with company objectives.

• Deliver & install tents & related party items to achieve company objectives.
• Assist as needed in the overall operation of the store.

Education, Skills & Requirements of the Box Truck Driver:

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Minimum One Year prior driving experiences a must.
• Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

• Must be able to speak English clearly and write legibly. The ability to speak other languages is a plus.

• Must pass company drug screen and DOT Physical.
• Must maintain an acceptable attendance record.
• Must have a full range of motion and dexterity.
• Must be able to provide, understand and complete instructions furnished in written, oral or scheduled form.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
