Ready to apply? We currently have an opportunity for a Brand Manager, Field Visual - LOFT to join our team located at our Corporate Remote Location-ANN-New York, NY 10036.
Position Overview:
Brand Manager, Field Visual manages brand consistency, and execution within all store types for LOFT. Their responsibility is to act as a resource and trainer of the merchant mindset, communicating global messages that will drive sales through improving our in store experience.
Responsibilities:

Ensure brand and visual merchandising consistency is upheld nationwide.

Reinforce brand standards and the use of best practices consistently in each brand.

Identify market opportunities and issues, partner with DM’s and SM’s to develop solutions that will drive sales

Provide feedback, solutions, and ideas regarding execution of store presentation

Utilize the brand supported tools to effectively support stores with concept flows, windows, and business strategies

Deliver in season and seasonal hindsight relating to product, presentation and competition to DM and store teams
-
Facilitate seasonal presentation workshops, meetings and conference calls within key markets.

Identify and train visual talent to build visual merchandising skills.

Build constructive, effective relationships with RVP, DM and corporate partners to align visual merchandising and brand initiatives.

Communicates with peers and relevant business partners to share creative ideas and best practices that will maximize the overall business results

Participate in and support the success of store openings
Requirements:

Visual management experience in a multi store capacity.

Excellent visual and merchandising skills, strong ability to interpret visual presentation direction.

Strong understanding of the customer and how visual merchandising supports an exceptional client experience while driving business.

Ability to influence at all levels with clear communication

Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Proven success building, leading, motivating, and developing teams.

Proven problem solving and decision making skills.

Ability to plan, prioritize and organize.

Knowledge of the competition, the industry and market.

Relevant computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) and digital camera skills.

Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.

Ability to travel to meet the needs of the business.
The target salary for this role is $90,000 - $94,000.
Actual compensation within that range is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and other job-related factors.
