We're looking for a charismatic addition to our team as a full-time (or greater part-time) bridal stylist. The ideal recruit is an energetic, focused, and clever person who will thrive in a sales and service environment. Previous bridal boutique experience is preferred, but strong sales experience is encouraged.

With bonuses and tips, our stylists average between $25-$35 an hour.

The position is responsible for meeting with brides, taking appointments and creating sales, assisting in day to day tasks, and clerical functions, as well as meeting/exceeding individual goals.

This retail environment is unique in that all team members get two days off in a row each week (Sundays and Mondays off), friendly opening and closing hours, set schedules, paid lunch breaks, paid PTO after a review period, single payer health insurance reimbursement percentage (after review period), regular company-paid gatherings, as well as competitive base pay, met with a highly rewarding bonus structure. This position gives team members the chance to work one on one with our brides, get to know our renowned designers, and work as a team to further develop the business.

We’re looking for someone who’s willing to invest time and passion with all of our clients; someone who can join a strong team and add their own character, while consistently delivering positive results to their brides and fellow team members. This position is every Tuesday (9:30am to apx. 7pm), Wednesday (9:30am to apx. 6pm), Thursday (9:30am to apx. 7pm), Friday (9:30am to apx. 6pm) and Saturday (9:30am to apx 6pm).
