Nothing But Hemp retail stores are growing and are looking for Cannabis Hemp Professionals with superior customer service skills. Applicants should be knowledgeable about hemp, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn new skills. Cannabis Hemp Professionals are the main customer point of contact at the retail store locations.

Our ideal candidate is a hands-on team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle all tasks with accuracy and speed from start to finish. Strong customer service skills, exceptional multi-tasking abilities, proficiency with mac and ipads.

This position is responsible for managing clients needs, working at White Bear Lake, Forest Lake, and Grand Avenue locations, customer service, counting inventory daily, performing various duties, including but not limited to: taking phone messages, answering client questions, selling THC, CBD, CBG, and HHC products using the Nothing But Hemp process, stocking supplies, cleaning the work area, labeling, packing, taking phone orders and safeguarding our products.

We offer a friendly, comfortable atmosphere in a convenient, benefits and a great commission structure. You will receive 2% commission on all products with the potential to make up to 5% commission on sales based off of sales performance and average dollar sale. Our part time reps generate between $800-$2,000 commission per month (including tips)

We are looking for a part time rep with open availability, or part time rep that can work up to 30 hours per week. We are open seven days a week. Must be able to work weekends

Job *Responsibilities:*

• Give samples to customers and check ID’s
• Input customers into our POS system, direct them to the queue
• Collect payments and issue sales
• Instruct new customers regarding CBD, Delta 9 THC, Delta 8 THC and HHC products
• Provide excellent product knowledge and customer service
• Maintain order in the store and in the assigned station, including proper storage of products
• Perform side work during and after shifts including; stickering, preparing bags, etc.
• Requirements: **
• Overall understanding of cannabis and the CBD industry
• 2-4 years retail or sales experience or server experience (servers or cell phone reps make awesome budtenders)
• Comfortable with suggestive selling to increase retail sales
• Be dedicated, dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced customer service driven environment
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal (oral and written) communication skills
• Must be friendly, flexible and a team player
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure in a close work environment
• Superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
• Accurate, fast, proficient cash handling skills
• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Professional Appearance and stable, solid work history.
