Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, organize, and carry out the maintenance, repairs, and minor new construction (as needed) at our Snyder and Union County sites, as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS: Solid general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and repair/maintenance procedures required, plus demonstrated ability to work independently. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing with occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water. Must be able to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Prefer at least 3 years’ experience in construction trades and a high school diploma or GED. Valid PA driver’s license required.
LOCATION: Work is performed at a variety of sites in Snyder and Union Counties.
HOURS & SALARY: $14.58 – 15.17/hour depending on experience.
