Business Analyst for the Association management project -
At least six years of experience as a BA
- Must have experience in association industry
- Must have Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience in Protech, Cobalt or any other AMS will be a plus
- Liaison between the technical team and business users
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experienced in the Agile methodology
- Basic to intermediate-level SQL experience; ability to work data will be a plus
- Experience in CRM/AMS implementation projects will be preferred
