Job Title- Business Analyst

Location- Vienna, VA / Hybrid

Duration- 6-12 Months

Required Skills: Agile Requirement Gathering, Microsoft Dynamic CRM

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement ,and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements;
• Meet regularly with units/sections and prepare meeting minutes;
• respond to emails and other communications from units/sections;
• participate in Sprint ceremonies,
• including a daily stand-up;
• Work with users to elicit requirements;
• Maintain requirements in the designated repository, currently Microsoft Team Foundation Server;
• Analyze business process and work with the larger SEVPAMS team to refine requirements;
• Support the Service Request process to include reproducing the issue;
• work directly with the user to further troubleshoot, and/or conduct additional analysis and testing;
• Consult with other team members and end users of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) design, capabilities, configuration, and opportunities and solutions;
• assist the administrator and/or developer in site management;
• Test all user functionality during development;
• Support smoke testing during deployments (this will require support after normal working hours and/or on weekends);
• assist with road map planning;
• make recommendations to the Product Owner for process improvements;
• assist in communications to users; Participate in Integrated Project Team;
• Ensure unit sites/records/permissions are periodically reviewed;
• Help create Step-by-step help in confluence, Job aids – short documents that provide quick tips; Demonstrate new functionality to users during and after the development process;
• Provide hands-on for new functionality.

Job Type: Contract

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
