Job Title: Business Development Manager, IT Staffing

Job Purpose: The Business Development Manager for IT Staffing is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the IT staffing industry. This role involves developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, expanding the company's client base, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking activities.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects.

Collaborate with the IT staffing team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process, from lead generation to contract execution.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed.

Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry events to increase visibility and build relationships with potential clients.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology advancements, and competition to ensure that the company is well positioned in the market.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities and forecast future revenue.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT staffing industry.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with the IT staffing industry and its trends and technology advancements.

Ability to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
