Essential Job Duties

  • Develop new business accounts through daily outreach of prospective and current clients
  • Increase volume with existing accounts through rigorous follow-up and monitoring
  • Proactively maintain relationships with each account; anticipate customer needs and develop sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities
  • Embrace change, learn from failure, and persist endlessly
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external parties


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Transportation Logistics industry experience, in Customer Sales
  • Collaborative team player
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Eager to learn and open to different methods of execution
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Influential, consultative, and solutions oriented
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and takes initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong typing skills & tech-savvy
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English in a professional manner
