The position of Sales BDC Representative at the Bill Dodge Auto Group is a critical position that serves as the initial point of contact between the dealership and our customers who choose to start their vehicle search outside of the dealership and contact us via the internet or phone. Successful execution of the position requires strong skills in communication, sales, organization, and time management, Also, the ability to learn, follow written processes, positively interact with all parties, and follow directions are critical!
Salary plus commision $60-80,000 per year
Schedule: Availability between 8 am and 7 pm Monday through Saturday (one day off during the week)
Responsibilities:
- Answering a high volume of customer phone calls and initiating follow-ups to sales appointments
- Respond quickly and thoroughly to the internet, phone, and live chat inquiries.
- Follow up/schedule customers who require an appointment for sales.
- Utilizing scheduling systems and CRM to build customer relations
- Working closely while maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
- Any other duties as assigned by manager
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in VinSolutions preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and processes
- Be a dedicated, energetic, team player
- Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR and Criminal Background required
