The Naval Surface Warfare Analysis Group (NSWAG), within Maritime Division, has an immediate need for a Business Development Specialist.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will conduct a horizon scan to identify potential contract opportunities in the Naval Sea Systems Command, lead contract capture including fully understanding client requirements and issues, help build competitive teams of contractors by matching corporate capabilities to contract requirements and developing pricing strategies, and coordinate inputs from subject matter experts, technical writers, and cost evaluators to produce winning proposals.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years Business Development/Capture Management experience
- Strong familiarity with the NAVSEA market
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Current DOD Secret security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Navy program management experience
- PEO Ships/USC/SEA21 experience
- Independent judgment and ability to work autonomously without supervision and also in collaboration with company executive level management
