Job description
Casher reconciliation for all areas of the hospital and clinic to include petty cash, etc. Assist customers at the window with collections and concerns about charges, etc. Customer service representatives for charity and financial assistance programs. Trubridge (billing company) liaison as well as collection agency liaison which requires review of accounts for corrections or distribution of daily activities.
Requirements: Healthcare experience/education to include insurance billing preferred. An individual who can multitask with attention to detail while handling interruptions. Excellent customer service skills
