What You Will Do as the Business Office Manager

As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Business Office Specialists duties and assigning special tasks to each back-office team member including cross-training. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operations including claim management, annual evaluations, policy updates, and clinical compliance requirements. Some of your primary responsibilities include:
Communicating changes in employee policies and procedures as provided by the corporate office
Coordinating or conducting exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation to provide information for employee retention
Consulting with the Stonerise Home Health Director of Human Resources as needed
Recruiting, scheduling interviews, processing, and hiring new team members
Ensuring all team members complete assigned compliance trainings
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and/or annual reports to monitor productivity, overtime, etc.
Overseeing the process and procedures for supply management including office and clinical supply orders
Overseeing unbilled claims management by working closely with CMs, AEs, BOSs, clinicians to obtain the required documents needed for billing

Education, Licensure & Certification Requirements
Associate degree in Human Resource Management or in a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Two (2) years of experience in HR including employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and payroll
