CAMFS is currently hiring a Business Services Manager to support the growth of the company. As a Business Services Manager you will be accountable for leading a team(s) of billing professionals to attain set billing and profitability goals every month.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Lead a market or multiple markets' billing team(s) to facilitate and execute the timely and accurate billing for our mobile customer base and deliver superior customer service.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with every billing team member, helping to improve billing efficiency and output.
  • Use billing experience to invoice any necessary short falls in revenue during the month.
  • Manage daily billing WIP and allocate staff as needed to invoice customers efficiently.
  • Manage accounts receivable for the market(s) ensuring all customers are current and resolve any customer disputes.
  • Train staff in billing processes and systems to enable maximum efficiency and productivity. Traveling to new team members for training and/or face-to-face meetings is a possibility, on occasion.
  • Create daily and weekly WIP reports to inform the field on the areas the market needs assistance.
  • Support sales and operations in the onboarding of customers and the creation of billing procedures.
  • Facilitate effective problem resolution and communication between billing team and customer.
  • Work with mobile tech leaders to ensure seamless processes for billing from tech to biller to customer.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement, always striving to develop the most consistent and efficient processes among all team members.

  • Take direction from the Director, Business Services on margin creation and end of month closing procedures.
  • Maintain key performance metrics (KPI's) outlined by Director, Business Services.
  • Communicate gaps in billing team due to extensive PTO.


Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED preferred with ten (10) years of experience handling billing, invoicing, and collections in a vehicle maintenance industry
  • Billing information systems knowledge required.
  • Strong Excel and data entry skills, and the ability to learn new platforms (such as DFS IT Systems, including Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer)
  • Common knowledge of the trucking industry; experience with fleet maintenance or other transportation experience in automotive/trucking would be very helpful.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record to collaborate cross-functionally, build positive relationships and become a trusted partner to relevant cross functional partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance a variety of tasks.
