About the role

Established functional Subject Matter Expert role who elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems. Translate these business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements.

About the team

MKE Debit Professional Services team is responsible for delivering the custom enhancements for Brown deer and New berlin customers running on CNX and/or Cardbase and/or Data Navigator products.

What you will be doing

• Analyze the user requirements and prepare client facing estimation documents which drives the revenue opportunity for PS.
• Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-factional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations based on company systems needs.
• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results.

What you will need

• Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
• A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience – Master’s degree is desirable.
• Base2000 or Base24 experience.

• Credit/Loyalty Line of Business experience
