- High Energy Level - This position will require ability to move quickly/efficiently
- Timeliness - Be able to get to work on time
- Clearing tables of plates and glasses, running food from kitchen to proper guest at the table, polishing silverware and glassware, clean and do side work tasks daily & throughout shift
- Helping servers and bartenders if they ask for something, bringing water to tables, clearing dirty plates and glasses, sweeping and mopping floor when needed, sanitizing tables, doing bathroom checks
- 9% tip out for bussers
