We are looking for Bussers to lead our opening team of The Saint in Dallas, TX!
We will open just north of Deep Ellum, in the spring of 2023. The Saint promises fresh pasta, dry-aged steaks, and options for vegetarians and vegans.

Our busser serves a major role in our front of the house environment, we rely on you and your attention to detail to be the right hand of our service team to help provide an unforgettable experience. What we are looking for:
- Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
- Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, accessories, and fold napkins properly.
- Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed.
- Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
- Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with server, hostess, and management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.
- Serve water, coffee, soft drinks, and refilling when needed.
- Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
- Prior busser experience in fine dining preferred.
- Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
- Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all guests.
