Job description

The Position: ACOM is looking for a temporary Cable Puller for a 60-90 day project in the Front Royal, VA area, with the possibility of full-time employment at the conclusion of the project. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working with their hands and is dedicated to doing the job the right way the first time. Experience with cabling or low-voltage installation is preferred, but not required. Driver’s license required. Hours are 8:00 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Pay is based on experience, beginning at $20/hour.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Structured cabling
• Fiber optic installation
• Working at heights (lifts)
• Pulling cable in a manufacturing environment
• Setup/cleanup of work area each day
• General construction labor as needed
