HumanHire has partnered with a facility maintenance firm that has been in business for 40+ years in search of a Customer Service Representative to join their office in Farmingville, NY.

This role is ideal for recent graduates, entry-level facilities maintenance candidates, and those with strong customer service, retail/food & beverage backgrounds!

What we offer:

• Location: Farmingville, NY
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30AM-6PM
• Pay: $20-21/hour (weekly pay)
• Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental

Responsibilities:

• Document requested services into the system
• Provide written and oral updates to clients
• Obtain estimates from vendors
• Track materials and schedule repairs
• Negotiate and submit proposals
• Ensure all information is obtained and documented to guarantee the accurate invoicing of the client

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience OR client-facing customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree not required, but preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution & relationship building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
