Wallace Jeep is now hiring for BDC agent positions in our Business Development Center. We are currently looking for motivated, energetic, resourceful Customer Care Specialists to join the Wallace family.

As a Customer Care Specialist , our best-in-class training will help equip you with industry-leading tools to answer questions and to schedule appointments to visit our dealerships. Additionally, you will be responsible for outbound follow up calls and follow up communications.
