As a Vitality Personal Care Specialist, you will

• Assist residents with emotional health or behavioral issues in daily life activities as indicated in service plans.
• Perform other services for residents as indicated in service plans (e.g., laundry and pet care).
• Provide valuable input for service plans by articulating changing resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches.
• Daily observe for and report changes in resident satisfaction, demeanor, etc.

If you are at least 18 years old with effective communication skills, and at least 6 months experience in an assisted living or memory care setting, apply today.
