We have Direct Care positions available to provide services to people with disabilities in Gallup. We provide paid training, full time schedules, Paid Time Off, 401k, days, evenings, nights and weekend shifts. Differential pay for community outings. Some of the things we will ask you to do are;

Direct Care of Residents:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Thoroughly know, understand, and implement each persons served, ISP, therapy plans, meal plans, medical crisis plans, health care plans, goals and objectives.

Documentation: (includes but is not limited to)

• Maintain timely, accurate and complete documentation for all records.
• Home Record
• Staff Communication Book
• Supplies
• Flow sheets
• Progress notes
• Medication Administration Record

Routine Cleaning:

• Maintain home with basic home cleaning
• Keep home sanitary
• Assist with laundry
• Prepping and cooking meals

Communication:

• Interactions/Communication with persons served
• Interactions/Communication with other Ramah Care Services Inc., service providers
• Interactions/Communication with family or guardians of persons served

Other Responsibilities:

• Attend all required trainings
• Any other work related duties assigned by manager or program director

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
