We are a Residential General Contractor based in Redmond. We are in need of experienced workers and forepersons with a variety of experience. Looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, On-Call team members. We offer schedule flexibility. benefits like health, dental, vision, paid-time-off, sick-time.

We are in need of experienced workers and forepersons with a variety of experience. Looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, On-Call team members. We offer schedule flexibility.

Starting hourly pay typically ranges from $25 - $30 DOE with a wage review after 60 days. Health benefits available after first full month of employment.

We are especially interested candidates who are experienced in any of the following

  • Tile work
  • Bathroom remodeling
  • Painting
  • Cabinet installation
  • Framing
  • Concrete Flat Work (From site prep to finishing)

We are looking for those who love client relationships, value safety as well as quality work, enjoy mentoring less experienced staff, are reliable, have access to reliable transportation, have their own tools, are okay doing odd handy-person type of jobs between multi-day projects.

We want our experienced members focused on their trade and want our helpers to be there to prep, clean-up, and support our experienced members. Ideally looking for those who would be interested in leading 2-3 person crews. Typically one highly experienced person paired with 1-2 helpers.

Our recent jobs include remodels, partition walls, deck repair, modular building assembly, cabinet installation, painting, LVP flooring installation, trim work, custom finish cabinetry, flat concrete work. Our work is mostly on the Eastside (primarily Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond), including Bothell and North Renton.

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Help team members and superiors in construction projects
  • Assemble and apply construction materials
  • Clean out the site as necessary
  • Offload and transport construction materials
  • Adhere to safety laws and regulations

Job qualifications and requirements

  • Previous working experience as a construction worker for a minimum of three years
  • Hands-on experience with construction equipment like drills, hammers etc.
  • Knowledge of construction operations and procedures
  • Team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
