We are currently seeking a Case IH Marketing Segment Lead – Tractors. This role reports to the head of Case IH and is responsible for leading a team of tractor product marketing leaders who are tasked with driving marketing strategies and delivering customer solutions.

The collective team under the leadership of this role will use customer centric practices to bring new product to market, drive market-share growth, drive margin expansion, and deliver successful programming support to the field sales teams and dealer partners.

This position is eligible for HYBRID work arrangements!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and provide leadership direction to a team that acts as tractor and technology experts for their respective areas of responsibilities as well as a team of specialists in the field.
  • Collaboratively set and drive the Product Marketing and Sales plans (Annual, Quarterly, Monthly) with Regional Sales Directors, Commercial Marketing and Sales Operations including management of proposed executable actions to drive the results and alignment of the Field Specialists to support the sales initiatives.
  • Lead all collaboration with the Dealer Council Subcommittees and across CNH Industrial brands.
  • Own internal and external communication execution surrounding products and solutions with the mar/comm teams.
  • Build and roll out an aligned tractor product and technology strategy across engineering platforms with a customer solution focus.
  • Prioritize regional product needs to drive global development priority.
  • Identify future tractor product opportunities in the region to contribute to CNHi strategy.
  • Grow the market share of Case IH tractors and drive precision technology adoption.
  • Expand overall profitability through comprehensive gross margin analysis with robust action planning.
  • Develop and implement a dealer network tractor lineup and technology growth strategy that aligns to the brand vision.
  • Mentor team members to take a customer first approach in all activities and decisions.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion and acceptance to maintain a comfortable open team dynamic.
The salary range for this position is $139,000 to $200,000 annually. ( Actual salary offered will vary and will be based on several factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Business/Marketing or Agriculture preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in heavy equipment or agricultural industry
  • 4+ years directly selling, supporting, marketing, or servicing precision farming technology
  • Ability to travel domestically at least 35% annually
