Greets customers, operates cash register and handles money, handles carryout orders, seat customers

Overview of Tasks:

Greets customers and seats customers in a manner that assures floor control, rings up guest check using the proper ringing-up procedures for the cash register, takes money and counts change into the customer's hand, handles complaints appropriately, checks for pricing errors, handles over and under ring errors, keeps work area clean as well as cleaning the front doors and windows, high chairs, and booster chairs, reports to the Manager when Shoney Bears, maps, Kid’s coloring pages, Windex need to be restocked, keeps guest checks separated by server’s name and in numerical order, takes carryout orders by phone or in person, checks men's and ladies' restrooms hourly to make sure they are in proper order and are clean.

Essential Job Functions:

Visual, auditory, full body mobility, hand dexterity, basic reading/language skill, basic writing, good eye contact, good business etiquette, able to count money correctly, make customers feel welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
