Our Catering Coordinator not only gets to be a part of these memorable moments, but lead our catering team through the food service process and ensure our guests have delicious food for their special day!

Responsibilities for Catering Coordinator

• Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, which meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements
• Ensure that all Catering orders are prepared on time and according to procedures
• Maintaining accurate catering order logs
• Coaching the behaviors of all catering team
• Manage daily catering orders and deliveries
• Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Catering Team Members
• Aligning daily practice of the Catering team with the vision of the organization and with the quarterly thematic goal of the organization

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date and have a driver's licence
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in sometimes hot and noisy environment
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Physical demands include: fast-paced environment, standing for prolonged periods of time, ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
