Job description
Under Mission Advancement, the Community Engagement team builds and strengthens relationships and partnerships, primarily with parishes and schools. The team engages constituents in meaningful ways designed to inspire and elevate visibility of the programs and services provided by Catholic Charities Atlanta. This VISTA position is a part of Catholic Charities USA’s Family Strengthening Program, a national intermediary project. As a member, you will meet virtually with VISTA Leaders and other VISTAs serving throughout the country, all focused on alleviating poverty.
Member Duties : The VISTA will focus on supporting and strengthening the services provided by Catholic Charities Atlanta through parish outreach and engagement. VISTA will provide data analysis on parish giving levels and develop a dashboard to illustrate growth of parish engagement for CCA. VISTA will work with service program staff to build a plan for outreach and engagement. VISTA is key in the planning and logistics of events such as a 5k run, Christmas gift program and annual soiree.
