This position will support the CCSP program operations by building accurate and timely Service Authorizations in the CCSP electronic case management system and pushing those authorizations to the State Medicaid Billing system, GAMMIS. This position will act as a liaison between case management and the Waiver direct service providers and will assist in resolving billing problems. This position will be knowledgeable of the Medicaid Waiver prior authorization and rules of billing; ICD-10 codes and GAMMIS.
