We have immediate openings for CDL-A Drivers, 3rd Shift - Mon – Fri in our Presque Isle, Maine terminal.
No overnight stays.
Duties include:
- Operate vehicle in accordance with BSP Trans, Inc. safety procedures and operating standards, OSHA, DOT, and local, state, and federal laws.
- Perform linehaul to and from our Maine terminals, PQI and Bangor in accordance with company standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Effectively communicate with Dispatch for route updates and stops and any delays that are impactful on the daily schedule.
- Some local delivery may be required.
- Forklift experience helpful
- Basic understanding of android device operation
Requirements:
- CDL-A with HazMat and Doubles endorsement. If you do not have Hazmat, we will help you obtain it.
- DOT Medical Card
- A minimum of 1 year of verifiable CDL Experience.
- Must successfully pass required DOT Drug Test and physical.
- Clean Driving and Safety Record
- Must have a successful completion of a county level background check during onboarding.
- Ability to exert physical effort in handling (pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) objects of more than 75 lbs.
