IAA, Inc. is seeking a Centralized Support Services Data & Systems Supervisor to join our team in Clinton, ME.
The CSS Data and Systems Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of technical and data specialist. The supervisor is responsible for generating quantitative and qualitative feedback providing management with visibility to business performance and business process exceptions. This position is also responsible for the maintenance and development of Centralized Support Services CRM systems, call center domains, and other technical systems as assigned. The CSS Data and Systems Supervisor will collaborate with multiple customers and departments including employees from field operations and corporate function and demonstrate a clear commitment to the highest standards of integrity, professional and personal conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of technical, reporting and data specialists as well as system administrators to maintain an appropriate span of control.
- Monitor workload and make recommendations regarding staffing levels to GM.
- Will assist in hiring, progressive discipline, performance review and termination activities as needed.
- Manage the payroll process Data and Systems team.
- Ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables including delegation, training, and auditing for accuracy
- Create and develop internal operational reports to provide management with visibility to business performance and identify business process exceptions.
- Develop system dashboards for specific business unit needs.
- Maintain Centralized Services Salesforce and AutoIMS environments as needed.
- Manage and maintain all five9 call center domains under the scope of Centralized Services
- Execute UAT/BAT testing of call center system changes and assist with day-to-day department production activities as directed by management.
- Assist CS Manager with review and design of workflows that span multiple business systems (ASAP, AVID, AutoIMS,CSAToday, BI, eBusiness, etc.) and implementing new business processes for non-standard IAA customers as it relates to Centralized Services business units
- Analyze, including testing, current business as well as system processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Will propose User Stories to the internal and external development teams for solutions to accommodate customer or Centralized Services requirements/needs.
- Report status of all DEV at regular intervals and ad-hoc to Centralized Services Management
- Advise areas for internal continuous improvement to Centralized Services Management
- Responsible for monitoring certain Life Cycle events for continuous improvement and advise leadership of opportunities to improve or expand the level of service offered to provider customers.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations to understand business system needs.
- Support Centralized Services Management with new customer on boarding by evaluating each customer’s unique business requirements and implementing appropriate business process changes to accommodate.
- Work with Providers to integrate new release technologies.
- Strong Excel, Five9 and Salesforce skills preferred.
- Ensure that unique business requirements of internal and external Central Services customers are satisfied, and any process exceptions are resolved.
- Ensure that reporting and systems are maintained with minimal interruptions.
- Ensure that processes are reviewed for efficiency and simplified/systemized wherever possible.
- Other duties as required.
Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required. Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers and staff.
- Strong organization and time management skills are required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Thorough understanding of auction business processes, business systems, and financials is desired.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Query and Power BI desired
- Salesforce Admin Certificate desired but not required.
