FT CHARGE NURSE for traditional Long Term Care Unit *New Wage Scale* - 6pm-6:30a. LPN or RN delivers clinical services and oversees unit with max census of 25 residents and supervises 1 - 3 STNAs for direct care duties during the shift. Census and acuity determine staffing on a daily basis.

Floor orientation is provided for a MINIMUM of 4 work weeks. New Grads welcome - orientation provided up to 6 weeks.
