We are looking for a true leader to take ownership of the leadership role and operate the center independently of ownership. As Director you will be responsible for daily operations. Must be able to multitask and keep composure in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Leading with integrity.

• Hiring and screening and onboarding staff
• Licensing and Quality
• Enrollment of families
• Main Point of contact for all families
• Training staff on lesson plans and curriculum
• Observe teacher’s interactions and promote the spirit of concord
• Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action
• Collaborate with other colleagues

Skills

• Proven experience as a leader
• Excellent knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods
• Patience, flexibility and love for children
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Certificate in first aid and CPR
• Degree in early childhood education
• CPL 3 or higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
