Part-time Church Office Administrator

20-25/hrs per week

Responsibilities include:

  • answering phone
  • sorting mail
  • updating weekly bulletins for two services
  • creating and sending out monthly newsletter
  • updating church website
  • uploading recorded services to YouTube
  • managing office supplies & vendors
  • performing other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Candidate should be familiar with:

  • Microsoft Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Movie Maker
  • Video editing software
  • Word Press or Beaver Builder website editing tool
  • Corel Paint Shop Pro or similar photo editing tool
  • Drop Box, Zoom, YouTube
  • ICON CMO online database

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
