As a Cinematographer, you will play a vital role in creating content that brings brand awareness to our Ramsey Trusted team, ensuring that our principles not only apply to finance, but real estate, tax, and other wealth building tools as well. This helps us in continuing our mission of bringing hope to everyone in every walk of life.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Communicating clear creative vision, while maintaining the bigger picture of Ramsey Solutions visual representation on video
• Operating and managing camera equipment, and designing the lighting for production (i.e. allocate, order, and verify gear rentals, facilitate shipping and transport of gear offsite, etc.)
• Collaborating with directors, producers, and associate producers around content execution
• Building shot lists, scouting for locations, and building rental lists both on site and in the field.
• Selecting, ordering, packing, and prepping gear
• Seeking education in your area related to new tools and camera developments (staying up to date on operating standards and procedures

Skills Needed to Win:

• 2+ years of experience in the field of cinematography
• Dedication to excellent communication across teams and with customers; understanding how to communicate clearly and in the language of the listener
• Ability to maintain a high standard of excellence, coupled with an accessibility and humility that make it easy for others to work with you and learn from you
• Showing business acumen within ROI and understanding budgets
