Aerotek currently has 20+ openings for medical assembly positions in Maple Grove, MN area, we can take entry level or 6 months of experience in medical assembly. Our clients provide weekly paychecks, career growth and a great work culture.

Job Responsibilities:

• The person in this position will be working in a clean room environment, utilizing a microscope, completing other sub assemblies, using small hand tools, documenting, visual inspection and final packaging of devices
• They will be assembling a device that is used to remove blood clots.
• Ability to pick up quickly and learn potentially very difficult processes.
• Handle and maneuver small components and parts.
• Work in a full clean room environment.

Work Environment:

• Full Clean Room Environment.
• The facility is gorgeous, up to date and clean.
• Big break room and "family" almost at home feel in the general office space.
• The position is in a clean room, no make up, jewelry, is permitted in the clean room areas.
• Clean room attire will be worn, masks(not respirator), gloves, hair nets, smocks.

Shift timings:

• 1st shift, 7AM-3:30PM Mon-Friday

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in medical device assembly experience, preferably catheter or very small part assembly. However, they will take anyone sharp that wants to learn.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, performing visual inspections, and operating necessary assembly equipment is preferred but not required
• Great hand dexterity.
• Must be detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision; work well under pressure; able to manage multiple projects.
• Have great organizational skills.
• Must be willing to work under a microscope throughout the day
