Overview of Your Role
The Clerical Assistant, Indirect and Consumer Lending is responsible for outgoing member correspondence regarding our consumer and indirect loan product suite for both existing and new membership. They will prepare all mailings to ensure required documents and checks are delivered promptly to our members and business partners.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Print new and existing member welcome letters.
- Assemble new member packages with required documents.
- Prepare letters and new member packages for mailing (ensuring all required documents are included in envelope).
- Return mailed loan packets to dealers as needed.
- Communicate with department leadership when supplies are needed.
- Other duties as needed.
Credentials, Experience and Skills
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional business environment
- Proficient in a PC / Windows based environment, including use of Email and Internet
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Starting Compensation: $17.29-$20.74/hr., plus a competitive benefits package
