This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota.
Benefits:
OTE for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota): $125,000.00 to $135,000.00

Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and talented sales professional to join our BHN Rewards (formerly Rybbon) sales team. Reporting directly to the Client Development Sales Manager, this role is a full end-to-end account management role. This team member will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business of existing customers. You will be expected to develop relationships with key decision makers, identify and pursue new expansion-business opportunities within your accounts, and work to leverage those relationships to execute sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Run strategic Quarterly Business Reviews for our customers to develop strong, lasting relationships and identify expansion opportunities
  • Proactively identify risk in customer retention and resolve with proper solutions
  • Identify expansion opportunities through collaborating with various internal/external departments
  • Collect and analyze customer data to understand consumer trends and changing needs
  • Earn customer trust by understanding their needs and thoughtfully answering questions, demonstrating product knowledge, and recommending best practices
  • Implement and follow structured account management processes and best practices
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations for account-related needs and/or revenue expansion opportunities
  • Create and execute sales outreach to promote and/or attend trade shows and industry events (some travel may be required)
  • Identify and maintain the appropriate expansion sales pipeline coverage to achieve annual expansion sales targets
  • Quickly articulate business benefits and functionality of our B2B solutions in-depth for all customer use cases
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales leaders as needed to plan, draft, and execute outbound communication cadences. Review plans with sales leaders prior to execution
  • Utilize CRM system and SalesLoft to execute and accurately record all activities. Exceptional CRM hygiene is critical to achieve success in this role
  • Use data in CRM and the available sales technology stack to understand account backgrounds and identify key contacts to successfully personalize communications and maximize a successful outreach strategy
  • Be a product expert. This includes staying up to date with product enhancements and understand how our solutions serve all industry use cases
  • Accurately forecast and roll-up retention risk and sales projections to sales leadership
  • Attend weekly meetings with sales leadership to strategize and drive opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Work with Business Development Team to efficiently and effectively transfer account ownership to ensure an optimal customer experience
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Expertly utilize all sales-invested technology
  • Share best practices with peers
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years prior account management experience in a full sales cycle selling B2B SaaS with an exceptional track record of retaining and growing accounts
  • Experience in Payments, Incentives, Loyalty, and/or any sort of Financial Technology business is a plus
  • Experience in a retention and expansion sales model required
  • Must have experience using Salesforce
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can liaise effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Thoughtful and thorough with genuine desire to understand and solve customer pain points
  • College degree is preferred
