Client Service Analyst

Job Purpose:
What does a great Client Service Analyst do?
The Client Service Analyst manages the day to day interactions with a specific client base as well as interact with internal production staff, technology, and other internal teams. You will be responsible for client relationships, issue resolution, daily reconciliation, and validation of work in support of internal production processes.

You will be developing positive relationships with key client personnel by fostering open communication, understanding their internal structure and providing regular follow up as needed. Providing client support and satisfaction at a professional level with minimal supervision, answering questions, and resolves client issues relating to products and services while providing exceptional support to our clients. Continue to maintain industry and product knowledge to assist in finding creative and alternative solutions for our clients. Processing numerous transactions to send and receive information while ensuring its accurate and timely completion of assigned work. Additionally, prepare periodic reports and activity logs on activities and client relationship status as needed in an accurate and timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide service support to both internal and external clients
  • Serve as a communication touch-point for integrated partners to connect with internal teams.
  • Understand the specific details and needs of client base.
  • Responsible for managing in-bound requests from clients requesting assistance and/or reporting issues.
  • Under general supervision, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve basic to moderately complex functional technical and/or operations problems.
  • Maintain communication throughout the resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Manage interdepartmental communication to own research and resolution of escalated issues effectively and efficiently.
  • May work closely with product and development to help identify the root cause of a problem.
  • Assist with release testing and host knowledge transfer sessions both internal and to our clients.
  • Provides after hours support on a scheduled basis.
  • Attends client calls to review outstanding tickets and provide solutions.
  • Interacts and works in partnership with other provided contacts.
  • Effectively coordinating and presenting information to Impacted teams.
  • Utilizing the tools and systems provided to complete assigned responsibilities.
  • Attaining a general knowledge of select products within a designated domain and basic knowledge of Fiserv products that collaborate with your designated product domain.
  • Understanding of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques, and ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical (software, application, operational) problems.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
  • 2+ years of experience required
  • Experience supporting client accounts required
  • Requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Requires excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and maintain and even handed approach with clients and internal contacts, while working with continually changing tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Solid problem solving skills and can display innovation, research, investigation and analysis

This role is required to be performed onsite. You may have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule, which generally requires you to be in the office the majority of the time.
