Job description

Fetch of Southwest Florida is looking for experienced, talented, and compassionate individuals to join our Client Services Team. Our CSR Team are the ones who make the magic happen in our hospitals. Our CSRs are the first and last person a client sees for each visit and the one who helps facilitate communication between clients and the veterinarian.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Specialty and Cancer hospital and to be a part of our privately owned veterinary family.

Come help us provide the most comprehensive array of cutting-edge treatment options available for veterinary cancer patients in Bonita Springs, Florida. Our team of board-certified oncologists work closely to provide the highest quality, comprehensive care to our patients and our clients.

Our ideal candidates must have the following skills:

· Detailed oriented with advanced customer service skills

· Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic

· Patient and attentive to our client's as well as our staff's needs

· Other desired qualities include, motivated, compassionate, and can multitask effectively, ability to handle multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, and work in a fast- paced environment

· OUTSTANDING communication skills both written and verbal are a MUST.

· Candidates will work with experienced technicians, assistants, and a dedicated support staff, all committed to excellent patient and client care.

Knowledge and experience within the veterinary industry is a preferred. Knowledge of ezyVet is helpful.

Our main facility is located in Bonita Springs, with satellite clinics in Naples and Cape Coral. Coming soon to Fort Myers! We are very proud of our state-of-the-art pet specialty and cancer center.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Customer service: 3 years (Required)
• Veterinary: 2 years (Preferred)
