Role and Responsibilities

Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing direct client care and basic administrative functions. This position works in both the field, serving clients, and in the office, providing administrative support. This is a part-time position has flexible schedule configurations. This position reports directly to the President of the company.

· CSS provides direct care with all clients, based on the needs of the business

· Answers phones during normal business hours

· Schedules caregivers as needed with direction from Client Service Managers

· Assists Client Service Managers as needed

· Administrative tasks (maintaining files, introductions, supplies, etc.)

· Attends performance meetings

· On-Call responsibilities

· E-mail management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- High School or equivalent

- 1-year equivalent care experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
