Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations in multiple clinic sites. Hires and coordinate the training of new staff members. Designs and works with clinical staff and Medical Staff leadership to implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals. Manages staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed. Develop protocols and procedures to improve patient outcomes and quality of services provided. Acts as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff. Plans and manages the clinic's budget and approves payroll. Performs regular rounding and annual employee reviews and provides constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals. Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws Leads the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to the clinic.

Will be responsible to collaboratively manage projects.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated passion for patient/resident centeredness with service. Aligns services, processes and procedures to meet service excellence for patients/residents as well as internal and external customer, vendors and payers. Manages service recovery as well as written and verbal communication from team towards all internal and external customers. Uses service framework in alignment with organizational directives.
- Growth and Facilities: Drives revenue increases and improves efficiency to reduce expenses. Uses systems thinking and collaboratively provides for and supports the marketing of the department and organization. Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and compliance with all regulations set by external regulatory agencies and internal policies. Manages self and is flexible and able to quickly adapt to and lead change.
- Finance: Demonstrates the ability to plan, execute and monitor departmental financial functions. Prepares and manages budget, resources and assets. Measures and monitors the success metrics for the assigned department.
- Community and Relationships: Demonstrate capacity of connecting with and serving the community and partners with the services of the organization both internally and externally. Supports the mission, vision and demonstrates the values of the organization. Builds trust and cultivates relationships both ethically and professionally. Communicates inclusively and collaboratively with all stakeholders.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree majoring in health administration, public health, business administration or management or RN license.
- Knowledge healthcare billing/revenue cycle
- 5+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
- 5+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
- Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed
- Ability to spend long periods of time sitting at a desk
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work; Work hours to coincide with clinic open hours of operation. Additional hours are expected outside of clinic hours when workload requires completion of work.
Supervisory Responsibility
Provides supervision of the Dieticians, Registered nurses, Licensed practical nurses, Patient Care Attendants and Medical Assistants of the clinic.
