POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the daily running of the clinic, organization of physician practice space, hiring and counseling employees, employee engagement, employee development, referring physician outreach, charge reconciliation for clinic-based physicians, and special projects as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Required:
- 2 years leadership in a medical office.
- Proven track record in growing physician practice revenues and volumes.
- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or the equivalent.
Location: Lakeview
