Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Clinician (Hybrid Schedule, 3 days in office) in our Fitchburg location.

The Fitchburg Counseling Center provides strength-based individual and group therapy to adults, couples, children, and families. Our clients are receiving therapy for a variety of things including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders and more. Our team of clinicians are dedicated to providing quality integrated, therapeutic interventions to our clients. Telehealth options may be available!

Clinicians
at the Fitchburg Counseling Center provide individual and group therapy, complete strength-based comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and work with clients to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides direct clinical treatment to adults, children, and adolescents as represented in the caseload through:
    • diagnostic evaluations and screenings
    • crisis/emergency assessment and intervention
    • treatment planning and assessment
    • individual, group, couple and family therapy
  • Participates in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences.
  • Consults with area schools, doctors, individuals, and other social service agencies, insurance providers and hospital networks regarding clients, client services and case management.
  • Maintains client records and administrative records according to Center policy.
  • Maintains unit productivity standard according to collective bargaining agreement.
  • Attends administrative staff meetings as required.
  • Attends in-service education, clinical supervision and professional meetings as required
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned.
  • If Clinician IV may provide clinical supervision of staff or Utilization Review.
  • Respects diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.
Qualifications:
  • Grade C08- Clinician III: Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the individual is licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Grade C12- Clinician IV: Masters degree in a clinical course of study (social work, psychology, counseling or related field) and LICSW licensure or licensed Psychologist
  • Experience in the area of practice necessary.
