As one of the largest providers of mental health therapy in our region, River Valley Counseling Center offers a full-spectrum of care. Our clinicians offer high quality, outpatient family, group, and individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Our programs also include school counseling, in home therapy, and substance abuse treatment catered towards adolescents and their families. Because our scope of care is so broad, clinicians have the opportunity to find their niche.

Fee-for-service salary range is $35-$42/hour depending on experience and licensure.

The BONUSES:

$2,000 hiring bonus for bilingual clinicians

Up to $3,000 hiring bonus for licensed clinicians

Additional retention bonuses at one and two years of employment, up to $10,000.

The Requirements:

• You have a masters in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or other counseling fields eligible for state licensure.

• You have experience working or interning in clinical mental health care environments.
