Job description

Our small family-owned CNC Machine Shop is seeking an additional CNC Machine Operator to join our team. Our business produces component parts for various industries, including automotive, defense, aerospace, lab equipment, and the power industry. We have four machine operators currently and are looking for one more to join our team.

The successful candidate will work four 10-hour shifts and earn a starting pay of at least $17.50/hour. After 90 days of employment, the employee will be eligible for our healthcare plan, which we cover 75% of for the employee and their family.

No previous experience is required, but we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and a strong sense of dependability. The job requires the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, where the operator will be operating CNC machines, inspecting parts, deburring parts, and packing parts. A keen eye for detail and organization are a plus.
