The Collaboration Sales Specialist role is responsible for driving sales in the Global Enterprise Space. The focus in this position is to uncover business benefits for a customer by demonstrating Collaboration solutions to tackle business problems and transform the way Enterprise Customers teach, support and communicate.
This position requires Executive Level Discussions on the value of Cisco Collaboration, demonstrating and presenting appropriate vertical solutions that will help drive pipeline. It will take creativity, focusing on new ways to impact pipeline by new ways of reaching customers
The ideal candidate for this position will have 5+ years of developing Enterprise sales strategies within a team environment.
Experience in delivering on high growth sales initiatives through multiple lines of business with multiple solutions is a must have.
Deep understanding of Cloud Calling, Cloud Call Center, Video Technologies and Meeting solutions is an absolute plus for this role.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
